Welcome to the SpaPass™ Discount Day Spa Website.  Our goal is for you to be as comfortable shopping here as you would be shopping at your favorite mall.  We take your privacy seriously.  Your credit card number is revealed only to a secure web server and the credit card transaction processing organization responsible for the merchant services governing the e-commerce portion of this site.  At no time is your credit card number transmitted over the public Internet in an un-encrypted form or insecure environment.  SpaPass.com does not sell or lease our customer email list or mailing information.

The Participating Spas listed in the Spa Directory and highlighted on this website operate independently from SpaPass.com.   SpaPass.com does not endorse any participating spa or assume any liability for any quality of treatment, misunderstanding, miscommunication or transactions conducted with them.  The SpaPass.com Directory is provided for reference only, and all Participating Spas will determine what discounts are available to members at any given point in time regardless of what is printed on this website.  It is strongly recommended that each SpaPass Member verify any applicable discounts that might be available with any Participating Spa prior to receiving any services and committing to any financial responsibility for those services.

The ownership, operators and employees of SpaPass.com (MERCHANT) are not liable for the failure of any single electronic commerce transaction or any series of electronic commerce transaction authorization failures experienced by one or more end-users accessing this website over any public or private telecommunication system.  Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall MERCHANT be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the access or inability to access the website.  Similarly, MERCHANT shall not be liable for the failure of delivery of any product or service purchased by one or more end-users accessing this website through any public or private telecommunication system due to errors, omissions, interruptions, delays in operation, system congestion, insufficient bandwidth or any other failure of performance whether or not caused by events beyond MERCHANT'S reasonable control.  These include but are not limited to, acts of God, theft, destruction, or unauthorized use of the public Internet by any unknown third party directly or indirectly affecting the website.  In any case, the MERCHANT'S entire liability and CUSTOMER'S exclusive remedy will be defined by the terms of the website and shall not exceed the full purchase price of the goods or services purchased.
