PROGRAM RULES OF USE

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING RULES OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SPAPASS.COM MEMBERSHIP.  YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AND MEMBERSHIP CARD CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL SUCH RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE. 

SPAPASS™ MEMBERSHIP

The member, whose signature appears in ink on the back of the membership card is the only person authorized to use the card.  Memberships are non-transferable and only services rendered directly to the card member are subject to discounts and savings by participating spas.

USING YOUR SPAPASS™ MEMBERSHIP

Since the website is updated frequently, it is suggested that you check the site prior to selecting a spa for any changes and current discount information.  When making reservations, it is also recommended that you verify that the services you wish to receive are valid for the applicable discounts.  Otherwise, simply present your SpaPass Membership Card when you check-in for services. 

STANDARD DISCOUNT LEVELS

Each participating spa in the SpaPass Directory has agreed to a standard package of discounts which are applicable on their published rates for individual day spa treatments only:

GOLD LEVEL DAY  SPAS

● 25% off during a members initial visit as a new customer

● 15% off during all additional visits

SILVER LEVEL DAY SPAS

● 10% off during each visit

WEEKDAY  PARTICIPATING DAY SPAS

● Special discounts available Monday thru Friday

Standard Discounts apply to all individual day spa treatments normally offered by the participating spa, and are not valid with day spa packages, salon services such as hair, nail and makeup, or merchandise unless specifically indicated in the Spa Directory of the SpaPass.com website and verified by the participating spa.  Discounts are not valid and can not be combined with any special "limited time" advertised prices, or third party gift certificate programs unless specifically honored by the host spa at their own discretion. 

ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS

Each participating spa may also offer additional services, merchandise and packages at the same or separate discount levels to SpaPass.com members.  See the Spa Directory for details.

GRATUITIES

At spas where gratuities are customary, it is suggested that gratuities be based on the total charges prior to deducting your SpaPass discount.

WEBSITE INFORMATION

All information on the SpaPass.com website regarding discounts, services and spa participation should be verified by the member with the participating spa before services are rendered.  SpaPass, SpaPass.com, its employees and ownership are not liable for any discrepancies, omissions and errors on the website regarding discounts and participating spas.
